INGREDIENTS:

• 2 cups of elbow macaroni
• ½ cup Health Ranger Select Organic White Cheddar Cheese Powder
• ¼ cup Health Ranger Select Organic Heavy Cream
• 2 cups of water
• 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter

OPTIONAL:

Grated cheese of your choice or chopped herbs.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook the macaroni in a large pot according to package instructions or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a separate saucepan, combine the organic white cheddar cheese powder and organic heavy cream powder. Slowly add 2 cups of water while stirring continuously until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
3. Add the macaroni to the large pot and pour on the cheese sauce. Fold and coat the macaroni with the delicious cheese sauce.
4. Add the unsalted butter and season with salt and pepper. Adjust according to taste. Optional: Top with grated cheese and herbs before serving.
5. Serve and enjoy your mac and cheese while it's hot and creamy.
